Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NimbleAnsah Studio services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

NimbleAnsah Studio provides digital design, web development, branding, and related creative services. The specific scope of work for each project is defined in the proposal accepted by the client.

3. Client Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in project delays. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. NimbleAnsah Studio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions

The number of revision rounds is specified in each project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

NimbleAnsah Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
